I ordered a taxi to pick up my very elderly dad today. This taxi service said that they would pick my dad (of 92 with mobility problems) up at 10 am. No taxi arrived at all. This really stressed out my dad as he had a physio appointment which he has now missed. I rang up many times to ask where the taxi was but they kept putting me on hold for 3 mins so I had to hang up and ring back. They did this a few times. Then they put me directly on hold without answering. So rude and disrespectful. A really stressful morning for my dad who has missed his physio

I worry when I travel but Everest kept my worries at bay by calling the day before my early start. Then in the morning a text showed me that the driver was on his way and I could track him. This has given me a much calmer start to my trip than usual - thank you!

Raj the operator went above and beyond to help when my hospital appt finished early and I needed a taxi sooner he arranged this immediately even sending me a message to arrange the time change when he couldn’t hear me clearly on the phone due to reception issues in the hospital. Punctual and friendly driver also. I will definitely be using this company moving forward
